Well when you look at it at firsts just BAM!!! blue.... which can hurt someone with colour sensitive eyes. Also it doesnt look to applying.
If you REALLY wanna use the scan i'd suggest...a whole knew back ground...that vector deserves a real bg. Fair enough that you've not got a whole load of walling experiance and haven't actually done an actually bg =/ But there be ways of getting around that easier...than creating one...like screen shotting a street sceen from the anime BLEACH and then vecotring. Not being mean....you need to work on your vecotring...spending LOADS of time on it... get me?
